I've lived here for 8 months and I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.

The noise is a serious problem. Unless you are a person who does not need or enjoy sleep, this is not the place for you. I frequently use ear plugs to block the noise. Children from the complex play/scream all day and adults run/party/blast car stereos all night. The walls are so thin that I can hear every word of my neighbor's phone conversations.

The staff is often rude with the exception of one individual. Maintenance has had to be called to my apt several times and yet my heater is still not working properly, nor are my windows.

The "security" gate is open all the time, so there is no sense of security from it -- anyone can come in at any time.

All in all, I would never recommend anyone to move here. For the price, you'd be far better off going somewhere else. I will once my lease is up.
