It's so easy to complain, but many do not take the time to compliment. I wanted to let all you apartment searchers know that I found a great place to live here. I moved in one year ago, and I happily renewing my lease. I have read a lot of these complaint posted, but when it comes down to it the residents make the community. I have seen plenty of owners not pick up after their dogs this is why you may find droppings around the apartments. On the same note, I have seen maintenance clean up lots of poop.

When I first moved in I did not have hot water. I called the office, and they were quick to send someone right over. It took them several times to figure out the problem, but the manager made sure I was compensated and completely happy with the outcome.

I am always receiving surveys to get my opinion on things. I even suggested we have a night for singles, and the very next month the office had a valentine meet and greet. It seems like the office people want to try and understand my needs.

Overall, I think this place is pretty great. I am very happy, and I feel if a problem does come I can rely on the office to help me resolve it.
