I just want all the complainers in this community to know that you guys are the ones that make the community. I met so many great people that lived in my neighborhood but I also met a few not so great people there and those were the ones that never had anything to say. in regards to the apartment it was wonderful i had a three bedroom with an attached garage on the second floor, i never heard a peep out of any of my neighbors and the community as a whole is very quiet. The Lincoln is one of the smaller communities in the area and that is why we chose to live there. The office staff had so many different resident functions that i met mostly all of my neighbors and maybe all the community. The gates were sometimes broken but knowing alot of people in the community i had found out that most of the time it was not a malfunction with the gate it was a lousy or inpatient resident that hit the gate and broke it. well my final statement is going to be like i said in the beginning the residents make the community and if there is a problem with your community don't just ----- about it go to the office and let them know they do care or find a way to fix the problem yourself. I really miss living there but if we didn't buy now we would never be able to afford it later.
