The facility itself is fabulous. The apartment was beautiful. That is where it ended. It was ridiculously expensive. One of the reasons they gave was that it was a gated community... The gate was only shut about 10 % of the time. The office staff is very difficult to deal with and lack very basic conversation skills. I usually had to explain an issue 3 or 4 times before they even understood me. I had to complain 3 or 4 times about the noise from neighbors below me and finally the office staff just instructed me to call the police. The pool is nice enough but residents often dropped off fairly young children unattended who raised a rucous.

I would recommend this community it you want to pay more than you should for a nice appartment and you have no intention in spending any time outside of your acutal unit. If you are looking for a nice community and neighborhood, I'd look elsewhere.

A good example is that the vacancy was typically 10-20% higher than other communities in the area.
