They have apartments that you'd find any where else. The people in the rental office are incompetent. The maintenance people are slow to respond when there is something that needs to be fixed in the apartment. And when they do come, the problem never gets resolved. They jiggle a few knobs and say they'll be back but they never do. You'll be paying an arm and a leg for an apartment with people who don't know what they're doing running it. My advice, check out the next apartment complex down the street and find a cheaper, friendlier place to live.
