I recently moved in and on day 1 (which was a Saturday), I had an issue with one of the toilets. I called the Leasing Office and 20 minutes later I had a knock on the door.. Problem solved. I have only 1 complaint so far... and it has NOTHING to do with the management staff... I live under the LOUDEST people on earth. I know they let their kid dribble a basketball up there... I want to be an accomodating neighbor but this is out of control... I'm going to have to have "the talk" with them.. Other than that, I'm pretty impressed so far.
