I been living here about 4 months. The office staff is super...very courteous and responsive to the needs of their tenants and work to encourage a community atmosphere. Fun activities such as ice cream socials, cookouts and even some happy hours. The apartment is pretty good. There were some minor maintenance issues that took FOREVER to get fixed. Generally, maintenance is quick to respond, but if they ever have to order a part or come back to fix anything, forget it...you will be waiting forever if you hound them. I believe this is a maintenance issue, not a office staff issue. Parking is adequate...could be better. Location is great. Be sure to choose a unit that is not close to the highway or you may get some noise. Parking situation was acceptable until they decided to completely revamp their guest parking policies. Now I have to have to office's permission to have a guest park in the lot and I am limited as to how often I can have a guest....that is just crazy since I'm an adult.
