Let me first start by discrediting this post

"Lived here for 3 years. Has gone down hill with office staff, rude and unfriendly. Now is highly low rent income adjusted. Recently moved to the two bedroom and can hear my neighbors conversations word for word. Gates always broken, TV's in gym do not work, trash all over. AVOID!!"

1. If you even lived here and things were so bad then why have you not moved out for the past 3 years'

2. The gates are not always broken. They are open during the morning and evening rush hour so the gates don't break.

3. TV's in the gym are not broken. I know, I use them.

4. Trash all over' That's not true either.

5. Office staff has been very friendly and helpful. Perhaps you were mean to them first and were just getting back what you dish out'


My perspective........

Positives

Very helpful maintance and front office staff
Apartment complex is clean and reasonably quiet
Nice neighbors composed mostly of families and business professionals
Reasonable prices for the area
Parking never a problem

Negatives
Had an ant problem that took a few exterminations to get rid of. Ants problems can occur anywhere but at least it was taken care of.
Cable company sucks! It's not Cox so many times they limit each apartment to one cable box with no DVR. Hopefully things improve with this service provider.

I lived there like 4 years ago and the place was fine to me. Kinda noisey if u lived under someone cuz you can hear all of their footsteps but overal it was a good place to live. Oh and ya, COX SUCKs! hahaha just had to say it but ya I dont like their cable service at all. You have to wait 2 seconds when switching channels to see the tv show on that channel, like a delayed matrix effect. Dont get the digital cable its horrible.
