You take the good with the not so bad...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
There are lots of good things about the Lincoln at Fair oaks: Nice pool and grill area. They also have happy hours. The bad: I wish residents with pets take responsibility and clean up. I will continue to make this my home until I can afford a house.
