An honest review from an ex-tenant

Let me start by stating the obvious. People are many times more likely to report bad experiences than good. That said, all of the bad experiences that folks have reported about Lincoln could be matched by many times more good experiences.
The good:
1. Clean, quiet, and nice place to live.
2. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Remember that you are treated how you treat others.
3. Maintenance staff does address problems quickly. I never had problems receiving fast service. Was I given bias over others that argue neglect'
The bad:
1. Parking is a bit of a hassel as more guest parking is needed. The back of the complex often has open spots that could be used.
2. Expensive to live here but on par with other properties in Fairfax, VA. Yes, this area is pricey to live in!
The ugly:
1. The only thing I absolutely hated was the horrible cable company. It was frustrating to have a cable modem as slow as dial up, no HD Cable, no DVR, and only one cable box allowed. The complex went very wrong in allowing a 3rd rate cable company to provide service.
Summary:
I would give the overall rating of this complex as very good. However, the issue with the horrible cable company for someone who uses the TV and internet a good deal would be a show-stopper in my books. If they switched to COX, it would be hard to complain about this complex being a nice place to live.
