Barring the usual and occasional annoying neighbor(s), which comes with ANY rental community, this community is still fantastic. Well kept grounds and buildings. Good workout facitilies. Fabulous staff who respond to maintenance issues, complaints and suggestions. I've had a wonderful experience living here. I'm coming upon my 3rd year living here and intend on staying. I've had excellent responses to maintenance calls. Yes, there have been a few hick-ups, but they were corrected when overlooked issues were brought to their attention. It takes two to make ones rental experience be good. Staff are not mind readers and they will listen and respond to complaints.
