I have lived in apartments for most of my adult life because I have moved around a lot and I can honestly say this is far and away my best experience ever. The entire staff (leasing office and maintenance team) are all professional, courteous and know what they are doing. Our move in process was seamless and so easy. If we needed maintenance to fix any issues, their response time was top notch and the issues we needed their help for were small. The community is VERY well maintained and extremely clean. Dogs are allowed and they provide doggie bags for your convenience. The layout of our apartment is awesome and very modern. The apartment was immaculate when we moved in with a fresh coat of paint, updated light fixtures and new carpet. We have a fantastic laundry room with full size washer and dryer. They have garages for rent if you need them. We don't have one but they look to be nice sized with plenty of room for boxes to be stored too. The response time from the leasing staff is fantastic and they are reachable either via email or phone call. The only downside to the community is the gates are open throughout the day. This is not an issue for us but if you are moving here for security, that may be an issue for you. They open the gates to help facilitate traffic in the morning and throughout the day. The gates are locked at night however. If you have guests you will only be allowed one parking permit but they are quick to provide the permit to you and if it is during the week, they will even be nice enough to deliver it to your door. I feel so cared about here and have enjoyed my experience so much I will be sad to leave when our house is ready next month.
