I think the complex is getting a bad rap on here. I have been living here for almost 6 months now and my only real complaint is my neighbors above me because their children are loud sometimes.
The staff has been friendly with me and I have experienced far worse management and parking experiences in other places.
As long as the rent doesn't go up too much we will renew our lease.
Also- the complaints about breaking the lease are downright crazy. Most places require a much longer notice time, or even for you to pay out your existing lease regardless of how long you have left. 2 months of notice while they're trying to rent it that whole time is nothing! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
