Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
I have lived at Margate Manor for several years and have an excellent experience. Yes the apartments are a bit older but the maintenance staff takes great care of things. The lawns and grounds always look great. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff. They all treat you like a neighbor.
Sure things aren't always perfect but my living experience at Margate has been great. I have recommended the community to a few friends and they have enjoyed their stay as well. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
