I have never had a major issue but I have had small ones that were taken care of immediately. One couldnt ask for a nicer staff. Everyone seems very nice and maintenance is quick and efficient. I can hear noise somewhat through the walls, but I am aware that this is apartment living. once i got used to that fact, it doesn't really bother me.

When I had applied, I was rented "sight unseen". I was very nervous at first doing this but I know that Fairfax is a popular neighborhood, especially because of the school system, and alot of apartment complexes stay rented up. I was pleaently surprised when i moved in, it was alot bigger than anticipated.

I love the neighborhood. Everything is so easy to get to and like I said, I haven't really had any problems. I would definently recommend Margate Manor.
