Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
I've lived at Margate Manor since January 2003 and overall have nothing bad to say. I've looked at moving, but quite frankly, I can't beat the price, location, and access to shopping/etc in the area. I really don't want to live in a highrise, either, so the garden style is perfect. Excellent Fairfax County schools for those with kids and friendly staff who know your name. I would recommend Margate Manor to anyone looking for an apartment. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
