This is a decent place to live. Parking was a night mare. Every time we come back late, the only thing in our mind would be " will we get parking'". There are many times when we had to park far away from the apartment and then walk back. During winter, it is a total nightmare. Otherwise its a nice place to live, especially when the shopping area is so close. You ll get almost everything n walking distance. Even the bus stops were very convenient.
