Not long after my relative moved in a two bed room unit, the ceiling leaked with water.
The bed in the bed room got soaked with water and the floor as well.
When she reported the problem they told her to call the renter's insurance.
What they said was reasonable because that's what renter's insurnace is for.
But it is their responsibility to fix the hole.
It took almost a month for the service man to come out and fix the roof not the hole in the ceiling.
During this time her family suffered greatly.
