Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
This place is a disaster. From coackroaches, rats, mold, rust, roof leaks, water leaks, unhelpful office staff and maintainence staff, things always breaking down, the disgusting grounds, very bad parking area, loud neighbors, stinky hallways with bird droppings on them, I would never recomend this place to anyone. Good luck if you move in there.
