I have lived in Oakton Park for 6 months. I thought that the management was nice enough, until I had a problem. When trying to address my problem I got several different answers from different people in the office. The whole ordeal ended up costing me $200. The whole thing could have been avoided if they took time to listen to their tenants instead of seeing them as the per month rent.
Seeing how the management acted when their tenant was faced with a problem confirmed all the comments on this website. I am paying to break my lease because I do not want to deal with those people anymore.
