The place is an absolute nightmare. There were racial slurs written everywhere. There were these gross guys that got drunk every night and they would come down and peek in our windows and make obscene gestures. There were foreign "wanna-be" prostitutes on every street corner. People would dig through the trash late at night and throw it everywhere. Parking is horrible. Make sure that you're able to visit your friends because they can't visit you.
