LOOK OUT FOR THE GIRL IN THE SILVER CIVIC

When walking out to the parking lot, beware of the girl who drives a silver Honda Civic. She spies on someone in the neighborhood. She is so intent on seeing that person, she doesn't look as to where she is going. She almost ran over my cat and I one day. She usually has another girl in the car with her. She drives like a maniac! Beware Oakton Park...she's on the loose!
