I will be moving out when my lease is up this year. The apartments are not as cheap as one might be led to believe by other reviews. We pay 1020 including utilities for a two bedroom..other apartments are 950 including utilites. The visitor parking sucks and is very annoying. The maintenence is excellent though..they have fixed every problem we have had promptly. The apartments are pretty on the outside, but away from the leasing office they are not as tidy with removing leaves, snow, trash. I guess what sucks the most is that we live on the top floor and have to go down four floors to wash and dry clothes. My next apt. will have washer and dryer in unit. There are a lot of college students living here as well as small children, so beware if you want a first floor apt. because of the noise level (latch key kids run wild after school and rude lazy people will scream up at somebodys window to get their attention instead of walking up and knocking). The layout of the apts suck-they are like an L shape and I dont know about the rest of you..but I felt like the space was not maximized due to the design. We only had roaches one time, which isnt bad.
