I lived here for 3 yrs. Its great location and the apartments are spacious. Structure is old but well insulated. Rent is very reasonable considering you dont have to worry about utility bills. Maintenance/service is almost immediate. I never had any problem with the management as faced by the other reviewers. Unlike other places, these apts have gas for cooking which was a big plus for me.

Problems:
- Visitor parking is a nightmare (on request they do provide temp. parking permits).
- Laundry is in the basement (not in unit).
- No amenities.
