Miserable, rude staff, unbelievably poor parking (especially for visitors) with outrageously aggressive towing (King Towing), poor upkeep, virtually non-existent repair work, and cheap finishes and appointments make this a place to avoid. HVAC system is noisy--when it is operating. The tenenats are a diverse group, most of them quite pleasant. A lot of them speak English as a second language, but everyone is treated equally like vermin by the staff. It is shameful!
