Bad management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Very rude people at the rental office. Takes forever and several phone calls before anything gets fixed. Once, I requested a receipt after paying my rent and they refused. Inadequate parking space for visitors. No elevator and very narrow staircase so moving is a pain.
