Here are the facts:
1. it is faceing the Highway I-66, so it is as noisy as airport.
2. I saw some cars windows were broken for several times.
3. The management is horrible, they are bunch of liars!
a. they told me that I would get leasing contract with management signature, never got it.
b. they told the apartment is clean, yeah, but smells stinky, and they said " how can it be possible!"
c. they told me they gonna fix the aircondition because it is so noisy, but they NEVER did!
...

4. Parking is a big problem, the management told me they wouldn't toll anyone's car, but they tolled my roommate's.

5. It is not safe to live here.

The community being adjacent to Rt 123/Rt 66 , does have a barrier wall and mature trees that buffer the sounds of traffic sufficiently and managment does not receive complaints of traffic noise. Unfortunately, no community is ammuned to vehicle tampering. Management has however,not received any recent reports of vandalism to vehicles in recent months. It is standard policy to forward a signed copy of contract within 5 days of occupancy. If you have not received yours, we apologize and you may notify us at any time for a copy. Each apartment is equipped with a convector unit for heat/AC. These units are equipped with blower motors which move the air through the vents. It is therefore, impossible to prevent the sound from the blower motor. Parking policies are towing enforced. Vehicles that are illegally parked, do not display a resident or guest parking pass are subject to towing, at vehicle owner's risk & expense. The community is posted throughout with appropriate signage advising resident and guests of those policies. Any other concerns or questions, feel free to visit the Manager in the office. It is our goal to have all residents enjoy their living experience at Oakton Park and we regret any misfortunes or dissatifactions that you may have encountered. We look forward to the opportunity to make your remaining residency a happy, comfortable one.
