Things that have sucked about my apartment:
1. The HORRIBLE after hours call center that you have deal with if you have a major issue after 6pm. Be prepared to wait on hold for 20 minutes if a problem is effecting many residents. Also, it takes forever to even get through b/c the phone line is busy.
4. The trash that doesn't get picked up often enough, it looks like we live in a dump. I can't remember a time that I didn't drive by a dumpster that didn't have a load of furniture in front of it.
5. Parking for visitors is virtually non-existent. I will give them credit for the parking for residents (2 spaces per apt). However, most of the visitor spaces are occupied by the same vehicles, so I suspect they are residents' vehicles that have more than two cars per apt. The nearest visitor's parking if the spaces are filled is a half-mile away.
6. The college students that party way too often and loudly. I have called the cops at least three times in the last 6 months. One idiot thought it was a good idea to set off rocket-style firework at midnight in February.
I want to get out, but refuse to move again until I can buy a house.
