I am so glad to be getting out of this place. I would not recommend living here at all.
1. There are bugs! Roaches, and no amount of professional or store bought product will get rid of them.
2. Never plan on having guests. There are no guest parking passes anymore, and they tow and ticket like crazy.
3. The leasing office changes its policies without warning and it is very inconvenient for those living here. They also give out warnings for stupid things, like bikes left outside, etc...
4. The washers and dryers never seem to work.
5. The surrounding area is not well lit and I am sketchy about walking alone at night. There have been reports of flashers in the area recently.
I cannot complain about the rent or the apartment itself, a bit old but otherwise it is okay.
