I have been at Oakton Park for almost a year now and am sorry to have to leave. The rent is the lowest I found in Fairfax and includes all utilities which makes life so much easier with two roommates especially. We have all had good experiences with prompt maintenance, friendly staff and nice neighbors. While of course each complex has its own issues this one is the nicest I have lived in and quite reasonable and close to 3 major highways but quiet. The biggest issue I have had to deal with is parking, a small price to pay for all the benefits of living here. And yes, the other comments have some validity as far as the roaches comment- we had one instance of a few coming into our kitchen but the maintenance was on it the next day and we have not seen any since.
