Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
-No parking. Visitors are towed and the leasing office will give you the wrong phone number for the towing company.
-Once the airconditioning is finally turned on all it does is cool the apartment a couple degrees and fill it with more humidity than exists outside.
-Paper thin walls.
-A sex offender is on the loose
-I requested that my screen door be fixed/replaced (does not fully close) ... never heard back.
-Overpriced poor quality laundry facilities in the damp smelly basement
-Gas stove and refrigerator both make annoying noises.
-Costs thousands of dollars to break the lease ... otherwise I would no longer live there.
