PARKING, PARKING, PARKING, PARKING!!!! SUCKS. The apartments werent that bad overall . I actually thought they were nice for the price. The matienence was slow at times but usually they were quick to solve problems (its only one guy). I would have renewed my lease if the parking wasnt so terrible. My GF was towed twice and whenever I wanted to have friends over after 9pm I had to have them park at the best western hotel and pick them up, it was a total pain. The leasing office was mean to my roomates but they were nice to me probably becasue I am a guy, lol( They are all women). The neighborhhood is very diverse and thats a good thing, but I cant stand those who had a two bedroom apartment and had like 4-6 grown adults with cars living in the apartment, becasue those were the people who took up the visitor spots. They do give passes for overnight guest but they are specific to each car, and are non-transferable; the office closes at 6 or 7pm so if you work late forget about it. Like i said the place is no that bad, but if you plan to have guest visit or if you like to entertain at your place, Forget about it, find another place.
