Staff: The rental office staff is very rude. Dealing with them is a pain.

Rent: The complex is popular because of it?s rent inclusive of all utilities. But considering all other factors it becomes a negligible factor. The annual rent hikes are steep. They hiked the rents in 2002 recession time, when all other apartment complexes were offering discounts!!! They look for every opportunity to rip you at the end of the lease.

Amenities: The visitor parking is so poor that I could not invite anyone to my apartment when I lived there. It was like living in isolation. Washer/Dryer units are in the basement, which is a bit scary place at night. Appliances are old. Windows and patio door blinds are not provided by the apartment. You have to buy them.

Safety: There was one attempt of sexual assault in the same building where I lived. I would not term it as a safe place to live.
