I have lived in Penderbrook Apt's for four years- I have just signed another lease for 13 months, so it is obvious I like it. The staff is friendly, and they like to have people come in and sit. It is the only place I have lived where people know your name the minute you walk into the office.
The neighborhood is safe, and it is close to some great places to eat- especially if you like Thai.
