I lived at Penderbrook for a year in 2002. The apartments are great and the parking was never a problem. No matter what time you came home, you could always find parking. The office staff was very friendly. They were always polite and when you called in a request or had an issue with anything,it was taken care of immediately. There is a fellow on the the maintenance staff named Carlos that was absolutely wonderful. He always took care of the problems immediately and was very pleasant to deal with. The whole staff was very friendly. I moved out and moved onto the Apartment Complex that I work on and i have to say that they do a great job at Penderbrook.
