I've lived here over a year and its really nice. I do recommend it.

Pros: units come with own W/D, good public bus to metro service (except doesnt run on weekends, friendly staff, allows pets, looked brand new when I moved in, you can get up to 3 months free rent for signing a 15 mo lease, price is not bad in comparison to DC, no assigned parking,your friends wont get towed- they can park anywhere, nice pool and places to walk around golf course.

Cons: thin walls-expect to hear neighbors, small hot water heater- cold showers after 15 min in the winter, bad insulation on windows= higher electricity bill, high pet rent fees
