I don't understand what all the complaints are about. My experience was a great one living at Penderbrook Apartments. Sure, nothing is perfect but I didn't have any major problems. The rent is a bit steep, but you're paying for location.The staff is/was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would definitely live here again.
