Go elsewhere to get your money's worth. This place has significantly gone downhill since I moved in. The maintenance is slow to respond. Several times I've had to call 2 or 3 times to get someone to come out and fix something. Parking is terrible and they don't do nearly enough to make the place look nice such as pulling weeds, painting, and keeping the breezeways clean. The apartments are terribly small and designed poorly. Not to mention the ac/heating which is so loud you can't hear your TV! Go elsewhere where your rent money will be spent wisely.
