The apartments are solidly in the ?good? category, but you pay a premium to be there. There is a bit of uppitiness in the staff, but maintenance does get done when you request it.

I originally said parking was good, but after having counted over 3 dozen new dings & dents on my cars, I have to say the spaces are entirely too busy & full.

Expect the A/C to be on full-tilt during the summer afternoons and the heating to be on all night during winter. Insulation is a foreign concept.

VERY convenient location, mall/city hall/freeway/downtown fairfax/library all within 5 minute drive.

The real travesty of this place is the price. For golfers, it might be worth it, thanks to the near-by course. If you?re not a golfer, you?re going to pay for the privelege anyways.
