Wow. That last comment was harsh. Please don't believe everything you read on this board, good or bad. I too suspected that *some* of the comments on here were planted, but not all of them were, as I posted a mostly positive review here when I moved out and I am in no way affiliated with, or paid by, the Management. Yes, there are maintenance and noise issues at this complex - more or less depending on your apartment and situation. However, I lived at Penderbrook for 4 years, and, if you don't mind paying a somewhat hefty price for a somewhat small place, it is a fairly nice place to live. It is safe, well-maintained, and in a great location. I once lived at Circle Towers - check out the dismal ratings there - so trust me, this place is heaven compared to there.
