Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
I lived in Penderbrook Apartments for five years and they NEVER refurbished the apartment. When I asked them to clean my carpets - they said that they would "get to it" - that was two years ago. So why did I stay with them for five years' I hate moving....
