Living in this apartment complex nearly drove me crazy. The most annoying part (out of many, many annoyances) was that you could hear EVERYTHING that happened in ajoining apartments. Since I lived on the second floor, I heard everything above and below me. The noise went on all the time.

Obviously the noise was due to thin walls and shoddy workmanship, which was obvious in many, many ways. Seriously, I was afraid to work out/do aerobics in my apartment for fear of crashing through the cheap, thin floors into the apartment below. That's how crappily constructed these apartments are.

My apartment was $920 a month for a tiny 560 sq. foot apartment. I don't know how more than one person could live in such a place, because you would be running into one another at every turn.

The place was poorly insulated, resulting in huge heating bills. There isn't enough parking. The office lost my rent checks twice, resulting in letters being sent to me threatening to evict me because they couldn't keep track of a check.

Maintenance once let themselves into my apartment when I wasn't home to fix some problem with the dishwasher that didn't exist. It was supposed to be someone else's apartment that they needed to fix. I really love the knowledge that any member of the maintenance crew can let themselves into my apartment without my knowledge or permission.

Overall, this place is a pit. I wouldn't live here again if it was the last place on earth.
