I have lived at Penderbrook for 2 years. The staff is always friendly and very timely on my requests. I feel like I am living among family community. I have noticed that they are installing new appliances through out the community. I am happy with my appliances and if I have a problem, the maintenance is there in a flash.

I do feel that the rent, for the size, is way over priced. I also agree with the other reviews that the apartment has very thin walls and sub-standard flooring. Be careful if you order something over the phone, your neighbors can here your credit card number as you call it out to the operator. But if you are looking for a safe and friendly community the cost may be worth it for you. Unfortantly, due to a recent layoff, I must look for more cost effective living.

If you lived at Penderbrook, you can be at the movies, eating ice cream, shopping at FairOaks, on Rt 66, golfing or at the metro in 5 minutes. So, you decide.
