This community is old and it shows. Visibly it is kept in fairly good shape although they should definitely invest, on a regular basis, power washing the buildings. This would go a long way to improving the outside. The halls are not kept very clean. The insulation is about as effective as living in a cardboard box that it is a two-fold problem.

With the poor insulation you have the dual problems of noise and electric problems. Living in a first-floor apartment, I can clearly hear my neighbors upstairs. Not just their footsteps, but the messages on their answering machines, their conversations, etc.

As if the noise level were not enough, the amount of electricity that it takes to either heat up or cool the place is astronomical. I've had friends who pay a third of what I did in electricity to heat a three-level townhouse.

They never tell you about these things when you come to look at the property. These are things that are very important. In addition, if you have a neighbor complaint and the resident manager is not on the property that day, the leasing consultants can not do a thing. Only the resident manager can stretching out your problem until he/she is back on property.

Think carefully about moving in here because it is very expensive for what you get out of it.
