I have lived here for over 4 yrs. It is getting progressively worse. The noise from the tenants who lived around you is terrible. The walls are so thin that you can hear people snoring....The kids are running wild in here...they are not contained to the playground. They play around your cars. There are section 8's in the apartments within walking distance to ours. We are also accepting section 8's now I hear...I would look elsewhere!

I have lived here for over 2 yrs and I am seeing a big decline in quality. Now the stupid manager has taken up parking spaces to have bike racks put there. You have to have your bike parked there or they will have it removed! Now how stupid is that? Those bikes will be stolen in no time. There is a big change in the "element" that is coming in. We are also starting to see more bugs due to this also. You can hear your neighbor snoring on the next floor because the walls are paper thin!

Better to have a place to put bicycles than to have them chained to the trees or left in the laundry rooms. Parking has never been an issue.
