I just finished a year long lease here. It's not luxury living by any stretch, but for 1035 a month I got a large one bedroom apartment with all bills but electricty paid.

What other people said is true about the ceilings. I could hear every step the people above me took, which really bothered me at times due to my very strange hours. I'd be trying to sleep and it sounded like someone up stairs was pacing back and forth and dropping stuff.

When they first showed me the place they said they paint it after every tenant, and that must be true. Everything has a THICK layer of paint on it, but it didn't really bother me.

One thing I never had trouble with was bugs. Rarely even saw spiders or bugs from outside. An exterminator would come through every couple of months and do something that seemed to really keep them at bay.

The tenants here are very "international" for the most part, and yes dinner time was an interesting experience smell wise, but only outside in the stairwell. I never had trouble with the smell inside.

One thing living here taught me was I will never live in apartment without in unit washer and dryer again. Going downstairs, and trying to find around 3 dollars worth of quarters per load was a huge pain.

I rarely interacted with the office staff, but there was one guy who seemed to react to simple questions by looking at me like I was an idiot, maybe that's the guy the other reviewers are talking about.

I don't regret living here one bit. I'm a lot happier where I am now, but for what is was and for what I paid, I can't complain at all. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
