My husband & I have lived here for almost 2 years, and in the last year, it has progressively gotten worse everyday. The walls are ridiculously thin, the management does nothing about the noise issues, or the fact that there are fights between drug dealers in the area. These fights usually end up damaging cars, and other property.
The kids seem to have no control either, and like to play all over the parking lots. I would suggest anyone considering Pinewood Plaza to reconsider, as you will surely regret living here.
