Staff is responsive. Cleans the snow quickly.

Apartments themselves are average quality. Location is excellent. Pretty safe area, but occasional car break-ins and one mugging reported within the past year.

They may ask you to pay an "additional rent" of $250/year to cover extra costs--inquire about this.
