I moved in about 1 month after they opened up. Love the brightness plus the w/d in each apartments. The worse thing I do believe was the noise, you could even here them in the bathroom below you, that's bad. You could always here people coming and going. The pool even after putting in the second one still wasn't big enough for the size of the complex. Lived there four years didn't like the stairs much. Size of the apartments were okay except for the dining room/living room areas. Loved the kitchens. Since it was a new place we really didn't have to call maintenance but maybe once or twice.
