A Nice, Expensive Place to Live

I've been at RP for two years now, and I'm about to renew for another year. I like it a lot better than other places I've lived, but I'm not in love with RP by any means.
My biggest complaint is the parking: there aren't anywhere near enough spaces, and there are, for some bizarre reason, NO assigned spaces, so if you go out at night, you will very often have to park some distance from your building -- especially during the tourist season, when people are visiting residents. And it seems that towing ISN'T enforced here: I've seen several cars without resident parking stickers or visitor tags, and the cars aren't moved for long periods.
The rent is MUCH higher here than at other places nearby, but you're paying for that "location, location, location" thing (the subway is about a five-minute walk away, and I-66 and I-495 are also about five minutes away) and how new and well kept up RP is.
